SO GUYS HELP ME OUT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK AND ALSO HOW IN THE HELL YOU CAN GAIN BACK ALL OF YOUR WEIGHT IF YOUR EATING LIKE A BIRD EVEN IF YOUR EATING THROUGHOUT THE DAY?
THANKS GUYS,
JUST CURIOUS
Hi Tracey,
I don't know if you rembember me we talked on the phone when you were still trying to decide on which Dr to go with. I had Dr Graber in Utica.
Welcome to the other side. Remember when they talk about gaining weight back maybe we can only eat small portions but even small portions of the wrong items can add up quickly calorie wise. And no matter who you are too many calories can add up to added weight. I am finding out now at all most 2 years post op, I really need to watch myself and my choices. The wrong ones do show up on the scale. I had a 2 week span that I was unable to work out and boy did I see the difference. 5 lbs seemed like out of no where but the next week I got back into my exercise routine and cut back on the snacking and that extra weight was gone again.

Hi Tracey
It is important that you always follow your docotrs eating plan, cause you can build up an immuine system that will tolorate sugars and the idea is to not eat sugar, and high carbs, as your immune system get accustom to eating it you will start to eat more, and the more you start to eat and eat the wrong things, you can gain all the weight bad, and that's what I call sabatage you wls.....
So just follow your doctors plan, and do ask your doctor this question, it is a good question...and I am sure he/she will tell you, even wls is fool proof you can sobatage you surgery....the surgery is only a tool you still have to do all the work for the success of your tool...
I hope this helps if not I'm sorry I was able to ....
Talk to you soon.
Christine
