I'M HOME..

Thank you to everyone who prayed for me.. Friday was my surgery and I was released this afternoon. I am doing good except for some lower back pain.. Other then that I am up walking and everything.. I am so glad its done.. I just dont like looking at the incision going down to my belly button.. Talk to you all soon Cathy

Congrats on everything going so well!! I have the same prob with my incision. Its just yucky to me. It is better now that the staples are out, though...I just gauze it up, but I hate changing the gauze, too. Soon...both of us will have alot more on our minds than our incisions, and a lot less to carry around!! Rest alot and take care! Haley 05/09/05 251/237/145

Catherine, Glad to have you back safely! Just remember to take it easy and get some . The best advice my dr gave me was "don't put yourself in a position where you cannot sit when you become tired." Which I found happened quite fast. Welcome to the losing side! Barb 342/275/hoping for 160

Welcome home.. Glad to hear all went well.. Now you can start your new life and soon you won't have time to even think about the incision.. I go for my surgery on Thursday and hope I do as well as you did.. YOU GO GIRL!!! God Bless
