I just finished up my chewable multi-vitamins and I bought some womens daily multi-vitamins. I cut them in half and I still have trouble taking them. Does anyone know of any smaller vitamins out there? Has anyone done the vitamist? How does it taste? I did try some that are like the calcium chews but they had an after taste that I didn't really like. Any ideas out there my wonderful AMOS family?

I take the Bari-tec vitamins they are very small and easy to take...I buy them from globalnutritionalproducts.com you can go to the website and order them or you can get the phone number from the web and call and order that is how I usually get them I call and they send them but you should ask your doctor before you take anything cause if there is one think I know is that all the doctors are different and have different rules... Good luck Christine

I was at the OH convention in NJ on Saturday and picked some samples of the Vitamist Women's Formula spray. It has a very mild mint taste to it. It is a little expensive though. I think it's about $20 for a 30-day supply and that doesn't include B12; you have to buy that separately. www.vitamist.com
