Roll Call ( happy hump day)

Happy hump day everyone it is the middle of the week that means we are almost there to friday horray I want to thank everyone for the {{{{{hugs}}}}}} and and yesterday sometimes that's all it take to make things better..... Today I have to see the Doc for pre-testing I will be having surgery on June 8th for my very painful feet pinch nerve and hammertoes ugh!!!I hate my feet but I have learned to love me in this journey I am in and it is so important to love yourself and put you first.....we as mother, wifes tend to put everyone else first and forget about ourselves so this can be a challenge but it is something you must do for yourself....please no offense to the men. Ok who here lurkers, pre-ops, post-op and non-ops come on out and say hello.... you know the drill, take your vitamins, drink your water and get in your protiens, and lets not forget to sign some surgery pages....make someone feel good today... and {{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}} Christine

Mornin' Christine. I am always here usually in lurk mode :> 4 mos out on the 17th and down only 46 lbs. I still have turtle metabolism. Doing well, joined a gym and have been working to hard...my back is killing me so I think I need to tone the workout down a tad. Mary

Congratulations on you 46lbs you keep it up mary you are doing great.....slow metablism don't worry, just remember you did have complication after surgery and was in the hospital for some time before you got to start on the road to recovery.....but I'm happy you are here and your using your tool and the weight is comming off... you have a great day Mary and keep up the good work you are doing.. Hi Christine and everyone! Its been a busy busy day here for the last few days. Ive been trying to exercise more and have switched my diet around to get some of this weight off for my 10%. I woke up feeling so energized..now if that would happen every morning.... Hope everyone is having a spectacular day! Laurie

Lord knows that it hasn't been me lately.... can we say DROUGHT or dried up Well today has been an adventure already.... The gentleman at the newsstand this morning whistled at me!! ME!!! Now now you should be saving those thoughts for the bedroom not the board room And why shouldn't someone be whistling at you you are a georgous wonderful women and you should be exploring more men so you don't dry up I do think someone will get lucky real soon..... you are such a pip you keep me in stiches LoL you get back to work and keep up the wonderful job you are doing 117lbs down you are looking sexier everyday..
