Hi Tawanda, You can try Dr. Angus at Nassau University Medical Center at 2201 Hempstead, NY 11554. Tele: 1-516-572-5869 ask for Nelka or Regina. I am quite sure he take madicaid and I am sure the hospital does. His clinic is in the hopital. I have affinity health plan and they accepted that. You are going to need a referral from your pcp. But if is not far from you call and find out. I had my surgery on May 13th Dr. Angus his very good and has the best bedside manner.
