Scared as HE double hockey sticks

I have about a day and a half left until surgery and I am so scared. I have never had surgery before. I don't want to back out of this because of nerves. I've got to get over this. Sorry just had to let it out.

Janet, Hun I know how you are feeling....~hugs~ and please dont ever worry about posting that, I was at first but all have been so helpful and caring....I have been like that for a week now but getting better with some help from my AMOS family here... I notice that when that feeling creeps in I start to think about something else and it seems to help, I get feeling and then I get stressed about feeling like that so it was really bad. Now I just start to think about all the good things I will be able to do or just a nice place you like to relax at/in. It seems to help for a while.....~hugs~ Take care and keep us posted..... Sweetie you are going to be fine....just remember all the success story you have read in our profiles and remember the reason you decided to have wls and all the good that can come out of it.....I am sure you are going to be a shining star..... Janet Hi! What you are feeling is natural. Stop, take a few deep breaths and relax. Make a list of all the wonderful things you are going to soon be able to do. Just concentrate on why you are doing this and know it will be wonderful. {{{HUGS}}}}} Knpw that you are in all of our prayers and that you are going to do very well on Thursday.
