Robin,
Yeah I know what you mean about the pretty clothes.... I am so tired of wearing oversized clothes to try and cover up. I will still keep some comfy clothes for hanging around the house but wanting to get rid of my cotton stretch pants....
I already have my nice oversized outfit all ready for the hospital... Well that is cool we have the same date.... We will have to keep each other posted of our progress....
Take care

Hey Debra
How are you doing? Funny you ask that question. I don't know what to wear anymore. For sooooooo long I bought things just because they fit, now I find myself roaming stores and not knowing what to buy. I am a relatively simple person, jeans and shirts but we'll see when I get to goal.
Hope all is well!

Hello my Angle
All is well and I did miss getting together as well, I am sure it would have helped calm my fears but I just could not travel again, the last weekend going to LI was enough... I look forward to see you all again after I am recovered and can travel again...~hugs~
To me you dress comfy and look so neat, one of those people that can wear something and look dressed up in it..... and I have not seen what you used to wear before you lost the weight....
well we will talk soon hun....thanks for posting.....

ok- I have to post about clothes. I have my surgery in one week and I am terrified and sooo nervous. I spent the day walking in the mall with my skinny size 2 daughter and I fantasized. I would love to wear a pair of high heels. Then I would love to wear jeans and not stretch pants or 'old lady pants' as my daughter calls 'em. And most of all I would like to shop in the classy stores without the sales girl looking at me and thinking "what is this fat woman doing in this place?" I am tired of fat stores with skinny demeaning girls waiting on you telling you how great you look in some horrible outfit.... I would love to wear a thong and not have it lost in some roll.. . or have to wear a girdle only to have it roll down and squeeze me like a rubber band.. .how about panty hose that never fits... underwear that is so huge you are embarrased to buy it.... Most of all i would like to buy a bathing suit and not have to buy a long t shirt to cover myself up in on those very rare occassions i ever go to a beach. I cannot wait to shop!
