Computer help please!!!!!

Good morning AMOS family I am so confused! I am trying to cut and paste some quizes onto my profile and I cannot seem to do it! What do I do? When I cut from the website and then go back to my profile it will not let me paste! I am starting to go crazy!!! I also want to get a ticker for my weightloss on my profile. I am lost and confused!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Kathy
