Hi Sandy We had one this past Thursday, the next one is June 9th at 6:30. We had a speaker on emotional eating this time. I don't know what is planned for next time. Debbie

Debbie I am out in Sterling, and there is no support group out here........Can you give me some detail about this support group? I would love to take part in one....I KNOW there are MANY days I could use one !! Thanks in advance, Brenny
