JUST DROPPED IN TO SAY HI!

I just wanted to stop by and say hello to all my family at AMOS. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying life. I have been doing good, am blessed and I can't complain. I am lighter than I have been in about 16 years. I wish all those preparing for surgery the best, stay strong and get ready to feel better than you have in years. Take it one day at a time and appreciate every pound you lose. As for all those post-ops out there I hope I greet you in good spirits with much success. Life after surgery isn't easy but so worth the battle, "healthy life". Well to all stay well and enjoy, God Bless. Am back to the battle to get these last 15 pounds off, my goal weight is 150lbs. All tips for plateaus are welcome and needed, I have been stuck at this point for some time now! & Armena post-op-9/7/04-251lbs-165lbs

Hi Armena, Sounds like you are doing really well....thats great!! I 6 months post-op and am at a stand still with my weight...ugghhhhh. I seem to lose maybe 1-2 pds a week then nothing for a week then maybe 1 pound the next.....I have like 25 pounds to hit my goal, but that seems sooooooooo far away!!!
