I got approved and I got a date..

Hey everyone.. Wow I finally got the phone call from my surgeon's office with the words you were approved.. I feel like I am walking on a cloud right now. I am set for surgery May 19th.. Just 7 days away.. I am not nervous at all just very excited..

Catherine, Hun congrats and you got the date so quick once you got the call.....CONGRATS.... Man you are doing good because I am so nervous and excited and I am still a little over 3 weeks away... I wish you the very best hun.... Debra P

Hey thanks for the support.. Don't worry just keep busy and the time will go by.. You will be fine. I am here if you ever wanna talk. Its funny cause my health insurance became effective May 1, 2005, may 2nd i went to my primary care doctor for my referral and may 4th i went to see the surgeon and i did all my tests, saw the nutrionist and psych and I told them I wanted to go in May 19th because I will be finished with finals for school..and they worked very quick. Plus I knew the girl that worked at the office from junior high. But soon it will be all over and we will feel so much better and relieved..

Catherine, Congrats!!! It's amazing that only alittle over a month ago I was in the same place you are! Time flies!!! If the nervousnes****s it's ok just remember why you are doing this and everything will be fine! Two weeks prior to my surgery I was soooo nervous I thought my stomach was going to flip out of me!
