wow... in less a week and I will join you on the losing side... : jump: I am getting nervous and excited... I dred the bowel prep on Monday afternoon.... Any suggestions on what to eat Monday Morning... I don't want to feel bad after the bowel prep... thanks! Hugs marla

Wow!!! I didn't know that Dr. Kurian required bowel preps now. She did my surgery in Feb. '03 and I just had to stop eating by 9 or 10 the night before. She is great though, and you are in the best hands possible. Good luck!! Oh, one hint. When they take you for the leak test the next day, make sure you ask to go on a gurney and not in a wheelchair. Sometimes you have to wait awhile before you are scanned, and it is painful to sit up so long the first day. They CAN do it, just stick up for yourself!!!!!
