HELP -Metabolic Whey??/ What do you recommend?

Hey all - I am having surgey on Thursday and am trying to find a good protien powder for afterwards.... Has anyone ever tried MRM Metabolic Whey (Meta Pro)?? 22 grms protien per serving 2grm sugar 2 grm carb Will this little amount of sugar cause "dumping". Someone I know recommended Isopure, but it is pretty pricey and I know I can find something just as good for less money. HELP -D

I don't know about that brand I use Champion pure whey and I get it in the vitamin shoppe it cost bout $35 for 5 lbs, it is very tasty and non-filling.....you can get samples of the different protiens at vitalady.com for about $2 which contain 2 servings so you can try them and not be stuck with something you don't like.....
