ITS BEEN A WHILE BUT IM BACK

HEY EVERYONE, ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAVE STOPPED BY THE BOARD. HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH EVERYONE. I AM NOW 15 MONTHS POST OP. AND I HAVE LOST 201 POUNDS. I HAVE ABOUT 20-25 MORE I WANNA LOSE TO MY OWN PERSONAL GOAL. IF I LOSE MORE THAN THAT, THATS GREAT TOO.. MY WEIGHT LOSS HAS SLOWED DOWN BUT I AM STILL GOIN STRONG. NICOLE -201

Hi Nicole, I just read your profile...wow!!! you are doing fantastic! My surgery is on May 23...so each time a see a shake I write it down. Where do you buy the Nitro Tech and the Pure Protein? Anyway, congratulations on your weight loss. Janean

Janean, thanks so much. GOod luck on your surgery im sure you will do great. Nitro tech can be found at Vitamin shoppe.. However now they only make it in a 15 oz can. they used to do it in an 11oz can. maybe you canget the smaller cans online. Pure protein was ok. I haven't done a shake in a while. I tried the new slim fast low carb shake has no sugar and like 2 sugar alchs. but they made me dump. BEst of luck to you. If anything feel free to email me anytime. Nicole -201

Nicole, Wow it has been a while since I have seen you around, I think the last time I read something from you I was still working on my 6 month weight loss program... RENEE thanks so much. I just saw your pics on your profile you look AMAZING!!!!!!! You have come a long long way since i saw you at the hospital. congrats on your weight loss. My mom is doing great she has lost like 110lbs. Im so proud of her. I think this is the thinnest i have ever seen her in my life. She hasnt used her cane in like 6months her progress is great. I spoke tO Jonathan briefly online the other day. Hey Mama! I got your email and unfortunately I can't make the birthday party. Prior plans for the weekend but make sure you have a great time (like I have to tell YOU that - hahahahahahaha).
