hey friends guess what????

I saw my surgoeon.....and most know from my previous posts my surgeon likes pre op weight off......I had to loose more to make my surgeon not cancel my date (which i had to move out 1 week for personal reasons) and came from surgeon yesterday. HE Was wow with my loss of another 11 lbs in the last 2 weeks which brought my weight to 21 pounds (yes its at 23 pounds first thing in the am naked on home scale) but im moving forward. I have surgery date of JUNE 1. IM so happy!!!! thanks for all the support so far !!!! and doing the protein shakes was the best thing to loose weight for me fast
