Good Morning Christine, Any advice on vitamins? I am having surgery on June 1 and would like to have some stuff on hand when I get home. Any suggestion on what to wear home? Thank you. It's wonderful being able to ask experienced people questions.

Hi Jan and welcome to roll call I hope to see you more often... I started out using country life adult chewable, they are made for wls patients and now I take bari-tec long term vitamins, I get them at globalnutritionalproducts.com but before you buy any vitamins please talk to your surgeon and see what he/she wants you to take, each doctor has there own rules they work buy..... bring clothes with you to the hospital that are loose fitting so you will not be irritated by them touching you..... oh I love it too but I wasn't banded, I find when you are banded you don't have to give up alot you just give up portions, so that is great....after surgery I was not able to drink the crystal lite anymore my pouchie doesn't like it..... Congratulations 20lbs gone already you are off to a great start with your new tool....keep up the good work.... Christine

goodmorning everyone , i have recently found out i have diab. so i stopped my coke right then and there. its been about 3 weeks and i have only had one craving since . today i go for my first diab. class on another note can anyone help with a ? i would like to start getting some stuff picked up for after surg and i dont now what really what to bye. also thanks for the emails they are the first i have gotten sinse going this sight and for all that are doing good keep up the great job love yas lisa

hi Sweetie you will need to bring loose fitting clothes, toothbrush, tooth paste, hair brush, something to read, deodarant, soap, towel, wash cloth, do not bring money, do not bring jewerly..... I hope this helps, have you met with your surgeon yet? please let me know I have some questions for you to ask him if you haven't already.... Wishing you the best Christine

Hi Hun... Yes I came out today to say Hi... I am doing great, I go see another surgeon on 5/11, have all my testing done, but the office manager there told me that I might have to have all the testing done again, just in case. Yeahh Yeah Yeah..., I didn't click much with the first surgeon, and my momma always told me to go with my gut feelings. I must say you look FAB. You are working that tool, good for you.
