Does your mirroe lie???

I really never see myself in the mirror changed at all. I always see me at my heaviest. I have added 2 more pics to the end of my profile, one from 4/1 and 1 from 4/30. In the pictures there is a definate difference especially from my original picture... So why does my mirror lie??? HUGS Mary

Mary, You look awesome in those pics....CONGRATS..... I am still pre-op but I know from my last diet that I lost only 45 lbs on I could not see it in the mirror either but I could feel it in myself, I was moving much easier. When I would look at pics then I could really see it......go figure..... well hun you should be proud of yourself, you look awesome..... Take care Debra P

Mary You look WONDERFUL !!! Its not that the mirror lies, its that we are always looking at ourselves...we dont see the changes because we see ourselves everyday......I know this for a fact because I do it ALL the time........Doubt the looks of my changes because I dont see them, when infact peoples mouthes drop, soo there must be a difference. All it takes for me is to take a pic and put them side by side.( just like you did)... the pics dont lie........and neither does the mirror........we just are looking too much at it...... Again.......you look beautiful !! and......I love that dress !!!! Brenny
