Good Morning Everyone......

Hi AMOS Family I'm sorry I have been away for so long. How is everyone doing? Well finally tomorrow I go in to see my Doctor, this is suppose to be my 6 month checkup (at almost 8 months ). Tomorrow I will know how much I have lost. Although I have to admit I messed up a little , I did alot of partying in the month of April, with my cousin that flew in from Dominican Republic, birthday parties, baby showers, it was a crazy month . I think i drank to much alcohol and I feel I might have gained a pound or two My family sais no, my clothes still fit the same, I just feel that way. I did pretty bad with my protein intake also. But I am getting back on track. I hope I didn't do that much damgage to myself. I feel so guilty. Well everyone have a wonderful day and again sorry for being away so long. Love Mery

wow it's been a while, so now you come out of hiding so glad to see you Mery I miss you..... Partying I hope you had lots of fun with your cuz.... It's all in your head, it really is the guilt....but you are now back on track and moving forward...... I haven't even spoke to you in such a long time, I need to get it together.....
