Roll Call

Hello everyone Who's here and who's not who's lurking and who's posting...... Well I'm a little late this morning doing roll call my student workers didn't show up so I was busy....but now one is here so lets see who's here..... it's alittle chilly today but I'm sure it will warm up a bit....SOMEONE please tell me the winter is over... O****ep getting side track from this post cause I have to keep running up and down the stair bringing in new students....maybe I wont be walking today if this keeps up..... ok remember to take your vitamins, sip your water, and get in your protiens and exercise 5 mins longer than yesterday.... Christine, Hello hun and good morning.....~hugs you~ I see your being kept busy today huh? well what great excercise... You will have no energy for your luch time walk if ya keep that up... Hey but I guess that is the point right... Well today is very chilly....brrrrrr...... (maybe that will scare the cold away)... Well I eat my protien that this point, I did take my vitamins, drinking my water and yes I walk my doggie when I get home.... Take care hun, Debra P

Thanks I need those vibes to get rid of the cold I want to be able to get the pool open and plant my tomatoes and cucumbers.... so I can make my basket for my visits with new post-ops.....I hope you are my next visit... You are doing well with the protiens, vitamins and exercise even if it's with willow you are out walking so you will be ready for your post-op stage...and please chew chew chew, practice makes perfect..... I love seeing you on the board you are so supportive and full of ~hugs~ for us all, and I need to get them when ever I can......thanks Christine

Hi Christine.. hope you don't mind me dropping in!... I have been lurking a bit here.. spend most of my time on the main board..but would love to join the rest of the NY'ers here.... It is a *****illy here on the east end of Long Island... but hoping it will warm up soon... can do more walking then... Thanks for letting me say hi!!! Kathy

Hi Kathy Welcome to the posting side and the NY board......the main board is great it just moves to fast for me so I post here, but I still visit the main board every now and then..... Hi Christine and everyone! Yes I sure hope winter is finally over, its a *****illy this morning but sunny at least. Had to leave really early this morning to park my car at Syosset train station so that I can go straight to my first lapband support group meeting tonight after work. Otherwise I wouldn't make it in time. Commuting in and out of NYC from LI is not my cup of tea, I don't know how people get used to it. It drives me Well, I hope you all have a great day! -Dee

I hope you have a great time tonight.....I work in the city, but I am only comming from Brooklyn so it's easy for me.....I would love to travel to a job that paid great but as I have it I'll stay where I am until that great ofter comes along, we know they don't just come along we have to get and and find it... Dee, That is why I moved from Levittown to Brooklyn! The commute is LOVELY! I took the train from Hicksville, because Wantagh didnt have ample parking! Best of luck at your first meeting!
