Protein Bars???

Good Evening Everyone! I was wondering.. does anyone know of a great tasting high protein bar? Hmm.. great tasting? Is their such a thing lol.. Terri

HI I HAVE A TERRIBLE MEMORY BUT IF YOU GO TO A NUTRITION STORE YOU STORE YOU CAN FIND ONES THAT HAVE 35 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. MOST SUPERMARKETS HAVE ONES THAT HAVE ABOUT 15. BE CAREFUL WITH THE SUGER CONTENT. I TRY AND GET ONES THAT ARE AS HARD AS I CAN FIND. SOUNDS WEIRD BUT IT SLOWS ME DOWN EATING WISE. THE ONLY ONES I HATE ARE THE ADKINS. WHO KNOWS WHY. South Beach came out with 3 different flavor bars. I have tried 2 flavors the Peanut butter is my favorite and then the Chocolate one is ok. They have 10 grams of protein in them. You can also try "Q Smart Bars" from Quaker I like the Chocolate chip bars. They have 10 grams of protein also. Good luck. Thanks Nina

Terri, I usually get the brand "Carbwise" or "Carborite". Both taste vey good. I get the carbwise choc. smores crunch it has 20 grams of protien and only 2 net grams of carbs. I get the strawberry cereal bars from carborite they have 2.7 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbs and 2.7 grams of protien. Watch some of them though they are very gross!! Karry 311/192/167 goal

I found a protein bar by chance.. sugar free 20 grams protein 3 net carbs the name is Strive by BY Biochem I bought the flavor shmores..I have to have some crunch and so far its not bad, I only had a nibble so far I was afraid to get sick, but tomr. I will try the whole thing..I will let you know Thanks again Terri
