UPDATE ON ME!!!!!!!

Well... Today has been 2 weeks since I stopped smoking, wasnt as bad as I thought... I did it when I was pregnant and I can do it again, this time for good... I went for my pre-op yesterday, everything went well with the exception of a UTI Ugh!! And I picked up my CPAP machine... Spoke to my surgeon this morning, he prescribed me a UTI killer Have my clearence from my PCP friday and we are good to go..... At 9 am Monday morning, I will say good bye to the old me and wake up saying hello to the new me.... Cant Wait!!! WOOHOO!!! Just wanted to thank all of you for your support!! Couldnt have done it without ya!! Gia

Two weeks no smoking wooooohoooooo you go girl I knew you could do it........Can you ask the people in your home to smoke outside, I don't allow anyone to smoke in my house and I am a reformed smoker.....so my hubby had to give it up to.... I am so happy you were able to get your cpap machine and we were all so worried for you girl you got it in the bag it's all up hill from here..... I am so very excited for you Gia and please let me know what hospital and number I can reach you at.... Hi Gia... Just want to wish you the best of luck in your new adventure..I am post up 6 weeks..and doing well. Since you live a few minutes away , I just wanted to tell you that Good Sam has a support group every other Saturday @ 9:00 - 10:30 am, it welcomes all, even if you didn't have you surgery there..and the people are very sweet..you should check it out. I also know they are having a seminar tomr. night 04/28 @ the hospital @ 7 pm.. good luck sweetie... Terri
