Congratulations!!!! You must be jumping with joy! That letter is the best letter in the whole world. I will say prayers that your ulcer heals before the 19th so you can have your surgery on the 23rd.
As far as your boss goes, I would definitely need more time off. Bosses need to learn that their staff should be cross-trained. I went to work three days after my mom's death to do payroll and also before my dad's death, I left the hospital to go to work to do payroll because no one else could do it. Do you know the thanks I got??? I was terminated when our County cut its budget. I worked in a county office for 3 bosses.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Brenda,
The letter was great!!!! I had the biggest smile, and still do actually.
I have to decide about work....I'm not sure what to do. They really dont trust anyone with knowing all the rates of pay and salaries...It's not really the actual "job" I could definately train someone to do that.
But it is true.....about being dispendable, so I am going to try to make the best decision for myself. They are putting quite a bit of pressure on me. They want me to do about 1/4 of the work at home...if it's even possibe to put the program on my computer at home. I'm actually hoping that the programmers tell me no...
anyway, thank you for your input..I really appreciate it.
