New Here, have you had surgery with Doctor Elliott Goodman?

Doctor Goodman has offered to revise my failed VBG from '98 to his RNY procedure. He comes highly recommended for takedowns however have had no input as to his doing a revision. I will be coming from Ontario Canada to New York City so this is a huge step for me in a number of ways. Have you had experience with Doc Goodman at Beth Isreal Med Ctr in New York or with another surgeon same hospital? Any input will be so appreciated. Obviously i am kind of scared. thank you, Denise

Denise, Hun I do not have an answer for you about the Dr but I did want to say congrats on taking this big step, you are taking a good step in the right direction, congrats on that hun.....takes a lot of courage..~hug~ Once again Alice give the great advice about checking out the surgeon, maybe even calling the office for a meeting on the phone before making the trip......
