GOOD MORNING AMOS friends! THis is the first day my photo is up on my messages so now you have a face to my name and posts. I am day 3 today on (MY OWN) liquid shake diet to loose the last required pounds before my surgery. If i didnt loose another 13 lbs my surgery would be cancelled, well i must say on the liquid idet my weight is down 7 lbs already!!! Wonder if i stay on this till surgery how much i can loose. the more i loose the eaiser it is for the surgeon. HOPE everyone is well this monday! lisa s.

Lisa, Yeah it is nice to see ya....~hugs~ wow that is great that you are down that weight.. see you will do fine and the surgery will go perfect.... Yes the more weight off I would think would help..... Take care and keep up the great work....~hug~ Debra P

Lisa~~it's so nice to SEE you!.....that's a great pic Congratulations on losing those 7 lbs!! I know that you have to lose another 13 lbs or your surgery will be cancelled, but doing a liquid diet for another month is very hard. Please think about adding some solid food, this will help you stay on the diet and not get discouraged. Just a thought ...Good Luck and please keep us posted on your progress!!
