Hi my sexy I am heeeeerrreeee! I spent the majority of the day trying to play catch up with the laundry. In between loads, the kids and I set up the stereo outside and we danced around. THEN I decided to pull out the BBQ and grill up some chicken YUM! (too bad I couldn't eat it) so I opted to eat a tuna sandwich... and that was even yummier. I took some whole white tuna, low fat hellmans mayo, diced onions and a small bed of lettuce on some low card bread! The best thing about it.... I KEPT IT DOWN!!! I am setting a goal of losing another 45 pounds before my birthday AUG 10th. Wish me luck! *whistling* at sexy Tony! You look fabulous. Jalonda 371/266/160?

Evelyn, My Angel.......~hug~ Yes that doggie is sooo cute....I will put a lil pic up in my profile soon... Her name is Willow......black with a lil white on her chest..... Hubby fell in love with her so we had to get her....I was a lil stressed about it and I knew hubby was to but all of sudden he was ready......I tell you, men say we are hard to understand.... but I am so glad that we did, she is so cute and loving..... I got it hun but I do not think I will be able to attend, when do you need to know by for sure? I love candles and love when they smell so good in the house...... take care Debra P

Thought that I would chime in, as basically a newbie on the boards here. Im here and have been reading everything religiously. Both my daughter and myself are going to have the surgery done. Im thankful that these boards are here for the support. Blessings, *~*Laurie*~*
