I HAVE A DATE!! WOOHOO!!

I went in to my surgeons for a weigh in and I lost 6 more lbs. He said I was ready to go to the next step of meeting the other surgeon and I could make the apt. When I went in the other room, she said how about May 17th? I said fine. She said okay, then you can come and see Dr. Hill on the 4th. I was so shocked, I said I though you said the 17th? She was like, "no I am working backwards....that is your surgery date!" I am soooooo excited, and VERY nervous! But, now I really have to get my butt rolling and decide on a surgery type before the 4th. He said that I can either make up my mind or talk with the other Dr. But, either the RNY or DS are okay for me to get. WOOHOO....I am on my way!! THanks so much everyone! ~Sheryl

Hi Cheryl thats so kewl that you have your date! I have two dates that my doctor is holding for me either MAY 18th or May 25th.....depends on my insurance reply which date ill actually get. Looks like we will be LOOSERS around the same time!> How many pounds did u loose in all pre op... i am stuck around 10 with all the stress this time its not going as great as i hoped! GOOD LUCK!

Lisa, Congrats to you as well!! Are you feeling a myriad of emotions too?? I lost 9 lbs so far, but I would like to keep losing so that it will make my surgery as easy for the Dr. as possible! Keep me posted on your journey as I will you. ~Sheryl
