One week left and I'm sick :(

Hey guys. One week to go and I went to my doctors for my medical release for surgery, he put me on a antibotic and said not to worry I'd be fine for surgery, but I'm still . I'm trying to keep myself healthy and staying indoors and getting lots of rest. So..HOPEFULLY I'll be ready on Weds to become a loser. I just hate being sick and with the thought that if I'm not better, they'll push back my date Which I know is for the best for me but still doesn't help me feel better!

Melissa, I am sorry that you are sick but at least you have the antibotics and can get better before surgery..... I know about the pushing back thing, I got a call from the surgeon office yesterday and of course they were gone by the time I get home from work so all night I was nervous that they were going to cancel my final appt tomorrow but that was not it...~shewwww~ I just can not believe how much this is a roller coaster ride.... Well I hope you feel better soon hun and you will become a loser on Wed....~hug~ I will keep ya in my prayers.. Take care Debra P

Hey Melissa, It is good that you are already on antibiotics. It sounds to me like your doc isn't concerned about it, so don't worry too much. If he was half and half about it, then I could see that there might be a problem. Take vitamins, eat yogurt and feel better. Dawn Smith

Does your dr know you're on meds? You may want to inform them.They say it may hinder you during surgery. I was all set to go last wk and then got sick. Since I had to go on meds for a sore throat they knocked back my surgery by two weeks. I hope you feel better soon and all goes well with your surgery. Good Luck!!

Nobody seems to be to concerned with it seeing it's just a bit of a cough. Everything should be okay. I'm keeping upbeat about it, keep taking my vitamin C, drinking my juice and taking my antibiotics and I should be fine.
