Hi I hope you'll call your doctor! This is a prime symptom of a stricture and you're in the timeline when these are most apt to occur. ((((HUGS)))) and hope you do better soon!

Debbie, I also have a hard time once in a while with keeping certain food down. I have a lot of saliva first then what ever I was eating. I asked my doc and he said that a lot of times when you are new to the surgery you tend to eat too quickley or don't chew the food well. I have noticed that I tend to eat fast and would then throw up. Make sure you are eating slow, small pieces and chewing very well. If you still are having a hard time you should see if you have a problem. Good luck and have a great day!! Karry 311/200/165 (goal)

Try mising your protein powder with water instead of milk, milk causes us to produce phlegm.
