Hi Tammy I don't know any thing about upstate but I go to harrison for support group meeting if it's not to far for you we would love for you to come.... I am in Brooklyn and I drive there it takes about an hour for me....but like I said you are welcome to join us.... Christine

Hi Tammy There are local support group meetings in Elmira @ Arnot Ogden Medical Center; in Corning @ East High School; in Montour Falls @ Rural Urban Center Auditorium. I do not know of any others. Arnot meeting is first Monday of the month @ 6p.m. Corning meeting is second Monday of the month @ 6p.m. Montour meeting is third Tuesday of the mnth @ 6p.m. Please come join us at Arnot.
