Hi Evelyn....enjoying this wonderful weather. So far, I'm down 90lbs since surgery on 8/17. My DH is down 125. He had surgery on 6/28.

Spring is sprung, the grass is almost rizz- you know the saying! It's about dang time!!!! My son and his wife live in Tulsa. Yesterday, they saw hail they had never seen the size of before. My daughter-in-law left the sunroof open on their car........they just got the fender fixed from a little run-in she had with a cement pole and the hail damaged the entire finish! Spring isn't always fun out west. Makes me glad I live in Western NY! Becky Jean

Hi Evelyn! I agree! Yesterday was absolutley gorgeous!! I went for a 3 1/2 mile walk outside. A little sore today but it was well worth it!! Take care! Karry 311/200/167 (goal)
