Hi Becky Jean This does sound very interesting. My doctor did tell me about eating the cottage cheese to see how big my pouch would be. I have not had the surgery yet, waiting on the insurance company. Thanks for the information. It is cold and rainy here today too. I can't wait for summer. Kathy
