Insurance Info.

I finally got everthing done my suregon ordered. Now tomorrow (4/1/05) I'm going for my second appointment. I am nervous. I was wondering if anyone out there has dealt with Affinity Health Plan (Family Health Plus)? And if anyone has had Dr. Karen Gibbs of Montifore Hospital (Bronx, NY) as their suregon? I would really appreciate the wisdom of your experience. -- Thanks
