Hello...I would like to get some names of people I can go to for my psych evaluation. I was already referred to someone but I have to pay $150 for her to write up the report. Did anyone else have to pay to get their report written up? Please let me know the person you went to for your psych eval so I can call around. Thanks. Terri

I had Dr. Susan Klim in Colonie. Around the same price to write up the report. It was quick and painless :> She asks a few questions talks about your weight history and that was it. No tests like many make you do. Good luck Mary
