ok NOW i'm depressed
Hello amos family
I know...i know i havent posted in awhile.I have become a lurker.
Well now i'm posting because i need some words of wisdom and there is NO better place like amos.I have stop losing.I have been 190-188 since december.I am going insane with the scale i weigh myself everyday.I have no idea how to jump start my weight lost again.I have been eating ALOT of chips and chocolate when its that time of the month but then the craving goes away.One thing i have gotten hooked on is coffee.Could this be the reason.PLEASE HELP.

Hi Amy I don't know if the coffee can be slowing down your weight loss becasue I don't drink coffee and I haven't heard anything like that. But you should definately try to stay away from chocolate and chips or if your going to have chocolate have sugar-free or if you want chips have baked or soy crisps, the soy crisps have protein and they kill my craving for potato chips. I don't know if you eat bread but I don't and I think that is why I have been so succesful If I feel like having bread I only have 1 slice of wheat bread but not often. I basically don't eat carbs I don't eat pasta rarely eat potatoes and rarely eat bread. If I want a sandwich I have it on a wheat wrap. I know your a lot further out then me but I hope that what I have said helps you. If you are eating the white processsed carbs and you cut them out for the next 2-3 weeks you can probally jump start your weight loss again. Good luck

hi i know the rules for the pouch works for me and i start it after I fast for a day or two it sounds dumb but i drink coffee and other liquids and than i start 5hrs in between meals no drinking while i eat and water loading i got to get back too it after easter good luck and cheer up your doing great kelly
Well, my dear cousin, who am I to tell you what you are doing wrong.....you are eating all the crap I'm eating as a Pre-Op!!! DUH
You know deep down inside what you have to do.....drink...drink drink....water I mean......protein before anything else....and exercise.....Hey wait.....you should be telling me that...lol
