Donna! Congratulations to you! Are you as nervous as I am? It's really quite crazy how fast the time is flowing by..I'm trying to get things together early so I don't have to worry about it at the last minute. I'll be praying for you on the 19th! Good luck. Nervous, I am a wreck to say the least!!!! Yeah this is all I think about. I have 3 small babies.....1, 2, & 5 years old so I know what you mean by holding on tight to your little girl. They are my main reason for having this surgery. I want to be able to run around and play with them, not just sit back and watch from the sidelines. I am only 30 years old and I feel like life is just passing me by.
I will be having surgery at Buffalo General Hospital with Dr. Posner.
I know the next few weeks will fly by, so your probably right to start getting things in order now, I am just not sure what I need to do.
Do you go to Dr. C's support meetings at his office. There is one on 4/1. It is always the first friday of the month. I have been to 2, they are very interesting and informative, I would highly recommed them. There is also another buffalo group through yahoo that meets the 4th friday of every month. Great group of people again very informative.

I swear it. Because..like..all I can think of is what I'm going to pack for the hospital stay..You'd think i was having a baby!
There are meetings every second tuesday of the month at sisters hospital at 7. I've gone to one so far..And I'm going to the April 12th meeting because it's right before my surgery, so I thought it'd be the best time to get out any last minute questions I might have.
Your girls and my little girl should have a play date sometime! It'd be nice to have a surgery buddy so to speak and go through this whole process at the same time with someone. And I know what you mean about being young..I'm rather young myself..I'm 23 and I feel like I'm one of the youngest around my area and in my support group. It's funny because the ladies are all "You'll bounce back great with that young skin of yours!" "you won't need a tummy tuck" and I laugh..and say "I don't care! I want new boobs!!!" they all laugh at me..
In all honesty, I think the chat room and this forum has gotten me through the last few weeks since I've joined..I've already learned so much and found so many supportive people!! You all are my
