Just my luck...Help

Well today I had two interviews. Which the last time I had an interivew was fall of last year. And when I got to my frist one they told me that they forgot about me and the job was taken. So I went to my second early only to hear them offer the job to someone before me. I just felt my heart crash into my stomach. [if I had a stomach] Now I'm back on the search and just praying the Lord will please open the door to the right job for me, until I can start my life career goal. Thanks for stoping by. Maria

Maria, Hun I am sorry that you did not get the interviews but try and look at it as practice, you got out and started to show yourself now and I am sure "Your" job is out there some where and when you are ready it will almost find you..... Oh well, I just finish spending the past hour e mailing my resumes out again. In awhile I shall start faxing the rest. Thank you for you supports. It just get so hard when you have nothing to do all day. I'm hoping that tomorrow we have nice weather so I can get out of the house. I try to find the good in all of this. And the only answer I was able to find was. At least I was out of the house for awhile. I'll be around

I know it's hard to find a job, i got laid off in Jan without notice and still looking for a job.... what field are you looking into? i find that since i posted my resume on hot jobs and monster, ive gotten a few callbacks...let me know.. i know alot of people in the city who i can have you foward your resume to if your interested... im not the city type.... or i would have more of a chance finding something.....

IT seem to be nothing open for those two things. is all I get I have to answer just about every single ad I see from the city to long island and even some parts of upstate. SO for now I'm looking into anything. As long as they are willing to give me a chance to work. Thank you again for you offer. That mean a lot to me

I'm sorry to hear that Maria you must continue to look and get your resume out list it on hot jobs and yahoo jobs and monter jobs and fax it to as many places as you can...you can not give up just like having wls we have to fight for it and not give up...keep the faith and continue to get out there and bee seen.... Thank you Christine {{{{{hugs}}}}} I have posted on all of the job webs sites. And trust me I'm not one that gives up so easy. I'm a fighter. And I know the right job is out there for me. I just have to find it. In the meantime I'm planing to go out and just enjoy the weather. I need some cheering up. I'll be around for another hour answering job ads and then I'm off. Maria, have you checked on craigslist.org? It is a great free site in NYC for everything! Jobs, housing, selling/giving stuff away! I go there everyday. I am in the process of finding an apartment. (Talk about irony, I'm a property manager...shouldn't have this problem!!) Anyway, that's where A LOT of ppl post their job listings cause it's free.
