Pray I get approved!!Please!!

Hi everyone, Well I just completed my 6 month medically supervised weight loss... Needless to say i haven't lost any weight. My surgeon submitted agin to GHI I hope they approve it this time. I was denied the first time and on appeal. They require the 6 month pcp supervised weight loss program.. So they have what they need now I am praying they approve it now!! My tentative date for surgery is April 4th!! So close I am sooooo excited! I hope they approve me. Wish me Luck! Thanks for all of your support! P.S. I need a list of things to bring to the hospital...Anyone have one??? Thanks again Dina

Dina, I am in my last month of my 6 month weight loss thing for GHI as well, I see the surgeon on April 14th and would be waiting for approval and a date as well......~crossing my fingers~ I will pray for your approval as well as mine.... Take care Debra

Dina: Congratulations on completing your program. Prayers are on their way. I also am awaiting approval but from Aetna. My surgery had been scheduled for 3/17 as I had approval from BC/BS, but since my hubby retired, his insurance company changed without our being notified so now I have to jump through hoops for Aetna. May your surgery be uneventful and your recovery speedy. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Brenda
