I find unjury protein the only tolerable protein. I use chocolate and drink as a shake and the unflavored in crystal light or pudding. Good Luck you can get it at unjury.com Tina

Have you ever tried Advantage Shakes? They can be found almost anywhere. I love the chocolate and they have 20 grams of protein. I bought the Whey products (chocolate caramel and strawberry) and I do not love them. I'm going to take them to support group this Wednesday and give them away. The strawberry wasnt too bad with a yogurt and 1/2 a banana in the blender. Good luck

I found the advantage shakes to be AWFUL - they were too thick in texture and too sweet. I got lucky with GNC chocolate 100% whey protein. at stage I, I was augmenting with the ready made isopure bottles - each bottle had 40 grams of protein in it. Sometimes the milkbase were just not tolerable. Watch with the pudding thing, though - you start enjoying the "wrong" calories and it will defeat the purpose. Get some Carb control yogurt. not only does it have protein in it, you can add the unjury or anywhey unflavored to that as well. good luck and god bless

having lap RNY April 6 and have found the greatest (for me) form of protein. It is Isopure strawberries and cream zero carbs and zero sugar and has 25 gms protein per scoop. I use a funnel and pour it right in my water. Havent tried it with anything else yet. Good luck
