2nd day home from the hospital and my back is killing me!

Did anyone experience back pain .. sometimes i think it's gas pain but it's almost my entire back last night i practically slept in a chair in the dining room because i couldn't get comfortable in the bed or sofa .. and still today anything i put in my mouth sends me to the bathroom.. I think i will call the doctors office today.. Just needed to vent, Mich

I did but not until 3 weeks later and it was from my 2 discs rubbing together. You have done the right thing by saying you are going to call your doctor. Thqt is the best answer when in doubt call the doctor! Have a great St. Patrick's Day! Evelyn 247/135/past goal

Mich, I had surgery on 3/11, and did have back pain in the hospital and after I got home. Thank God I have had no problems other than that. I used a heated massage pad that my daughter bought her dad for Christmas last year. It came from the auto dept at Wal Mart and was only $20. It really made a difference. It is designed for your car seat, so it fits right into the recliner. Hope this helps! Best of luck to you. Deb

its normal atleast for me it is. mine was 3-2-05.your back seems to hurt more than any other area.sometimes its worse when you lie down.dont drink or eat right before bed.gas will make your back hurt.if you have gas lie on your left side.im still having back pain but its getting better each day.good luck!
