I'M BACK!!! AND APPROVED!!!
Hey NY Family~~
Sorry for the long delay in posting I have been having one of the worst winters absolutely possible...I came down with a cold in early December and it turned into Pnemonia I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and was finally discharged the second week of January! Things went down hill from there is thats possible I lost my best friend in a car accident while he was attending University in Helsinki, Finland...and while mourning his death came down with the flu that was going around at the time and I just got over it about a week ago so forgive me for my absense but I have been hurting in more ways than one!!
On a more positive note I had an appointment with my surgeon on Wed. and found out that I was approved late Tuesday afternoon...YEEHAW..lol!! 
Looks like 18 months of prayer, patience and persistence have finally paid off...my surgery date is April 14th..so the wait won't be too long!!! I hope everybody here is doing well congrats to all the new pre and post ops...very very soon I will be able to label myself a loser too!!! And OMG Evelyn you look absolutely fabulous darling I could not get over your picture...you have done great!!! WAY TO GO!!!

The Lord works in mysterious ways William and now he has made it possible for you to have the surgery! . I am so happy for you! dance: I am also very happy to see you here I have been thinking about you and hoping that everything was going well for you and now I see you are here and doing oh so much better!
Before you know it William you will be on the losing side and I am making room on the losers bench for you right next to me!Please William don't go away for so long I really do miss you when you are not here. I have to say though I was MIA for a while too here on the board. I really like you very much and love hearing from you. I hope you have a Wonderful day! Oh I want to say HAPPY ST. Hun I am so sorry about the rough start to the new year, many of us have been tested this year so far......and it is nice to see you back and posting, though I really do not know you that well but we are all family here..... and hey is Evelyn loves ya you have to be a great guy....
Great news on getting your date and I will also wait to hear those words from my surgoen's office, I should hear something around the end of April and by that time you will already be on the losing side.....

Congradulations on your date and good luck. Being patient does pay off. I'm sorry to hear about your friend and your illness.
Now don't be getting sick again. You have a date with the surgeon and you don't want to keep him waiting. April 14 is the day my husband and I celebrate our birthdays too. Mine is the 13th and his is the 15th. So, April 14 is a special day.
I go for my physical on 3/30/05 and should get my date after the insurance approves (and they better! 
). I can't wait to join the rest of the "losers".
