Roll Call
Evelyn
Thanks for your encouragement. Everyone here is so very supportive and it truly is just like one, big happy family. I received numerous messages. I am feeling much better. At least I can talk or write about the cancellation without tearing up. I also found out that Aetna has not denied my surgery, the just need more documentation that I have been in a supervised program within the last 2 years. I have one program that I attended with my surgeon's dietician back in 2003 for which she is getting my paperwork so it can be submitted to see if they will accept it. I also have called my old PCP to see if they have anything that is 3 months consecutive where we spoke about my weight. If I can get something from her and Aetna accepts that along with the other program, maybe I can get scheduled for April. We will just have to wait and see.
God Bless You. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
Love u 2 :kisses:{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}

Well better late then never
That's what I always say. So I'm answering the Roll Call. How is everyone this lovely day? I'm trap inside. I was out for like a second and started to feel sick so I went back into my house.
I spoke with the Cori Center and the GI doctor's office called me. It seem that really food doesn't agree with me. So I have go in make sure my little micropouch is ok and constricted.
I've only throw up twice but they want to make sure just incase. The doctor told me, if it's my pouch he'll fix and I'll be out of there after 2 hours.
So we shall see.
Well just wanted to give you an up date. Please keep me in prayer.
Hi Christine,
I can relate to the hussle life can inflict!, but it is so nice of you to take the time out to see how everyone is! I'm fine, my scales are finally moving...slow but sure. I am 7 weeks out and lost 21# post op. (as well as inches). I am slowly gaining energy too...cant wait for the summer weather!
Looking forward to a nice bubble bath tonite!
Take Care,
Roxanne
Hi Roxanne
You sound like you are doing great.....the scale is moving and slowly is just fine cause it is moving and the inches are very important too, so when that scale stop's moving always remember you are losing inches and try to stay positive......
I am glad you are here and the energy level improves day by day.....but I do still get tired mid-day but no time for napping now so I do go to bed earlier than I use to.....and you make sure you do the same....
You have a great day Roxanne and keep up the good work in your journey.....keep me posted....
Christine

{wavvvvvvvvvves to everyone} I have not checked in often lately. Been getting moved and stuff. I have been plateaued forever and ever. Still hoping to get at least 10 pounds more gone before the tummy tuck, which is May 31.
Looks like spring is attempting - however feebly - to arrive hereabouts. I bet we get at least one more really good snow, though, eh?
