Has anyone been denied by Fidelis?

If so what is the reason? I just changed to Fidelis because United Heathcare FHP was giving me a VERY hard time. I want to be prepared for anything that may come my way from Fidelis. I hear they are very easy to work with but I'm still alittle leary. Thanks for your help in advance. Barb

Barbara I can't answer your question but you can try to call them and see what they say.....I hope someone post that has experience with Fidelis I wish you luck....and hope you will have an easy sail from here on in... Christine
