Question?

Can anyone tell me how long you retain water? I've been bloated for 2 days now and can barely put shoes on. My hands and feet are especially big even though I'm walking alot and getting my fluids. Thanks!

I was also extremely bloated and swollen when I got home from the hospital. It took me about a week to get rid of it.
