I have a date!!!!!

WOW I can't beleave how fast the time is flying....this is the first chance I've had to sit down and write. Well....I'VE GOT A DATE!!! March 22, at 10:15 am. I'm excited, nervious, and scared . The only way I can discribe how I feel is like being in line for a rollercoster. Very excited when you get in the 5 hour line....more nervious as you get closer...and when it's your turn to ride you want to jump out of line. I'm more excited than anything else though, and ready to get on the other side of the surgery. Well...thanks for "listening" Chat with you soon. Clarissa

Congratulations on your date! I was very excited when I got mine as well as everyone else! I go to the same office that you do, but Dr Cole is doing my surgery. I have 3 more days to go...I go in this friday the 11th and I am so excited. Its so hard to believe that the time is almost here! As with all on this board... you are in my thoughts and prayers Tara

Tara...thank you so much for your support! I wish you the best of luck this Friday. Do you goto the support group in Corning at East High School? I'm there sometime....I'm sure we will meet. My Doctor is actually located in Ithaca....It is really confusing...the two names do look the same. Thank You again for your support....I will be thinking of you this Friday and checking your surgery page for updates..keep us posted! Hey Clarissa!! That is so exciting! I go to the same office as you do too, but I see Dr. Cole. My surgery date is March 23. You and I will be in the hospital together. I was tickled pink when i got my date! So I know how you are feeling, and will be looking forward to hearing from you! Stephanie

Hey Stephanie...LOL It is funny how similar the names are. We will still be in the hospital at about the same time...just in different places I wish you the best of luck with your surgery!! Armena...thank you so much for the support and encouragment. It is such a relief to know that I can come here to find support and friendship from those who have first hand experience. Clarissa Congratulations on your date. I know how exciting it is to get your date. May your surgery be uneventful and your recovery speedy. If all goes well, you will be 5 days behind me. I am scheduled for 3/17, but since our insurance provider changed, it may be cancelled. Rely on the members of this board to help you with any questions you may have or just to vent. Everyone here is wonderful. Keeping me in my thoughts and prayers. Brenda

Thanks Brenda I hope your struggle with insurance ends in a good way.....with you getting the surgery you want and need. That must be sooo frustrating. Keep me posted on your progress.
