Good afternoon to all! How long after surgery is normal to be able to work out at Curves? I joined today and my doctor said I can resume bowling now and begin Curves in a couple more weeks... Take Care, Roxanne

hey there Roxanne Each Doc has there own agenda so please follow your doc's and I'm sure you will do fine.... You don't want to start to early and hurt yourself inside.... You have a great day.... Christine

Roxanne, Go with what your doc says. Our doc says about 4-6 weeks for swimming and after 6 weeks for physical exertion. Remember we have weight limits til at least 6 weeks. How have you been? Things going better for you? Did you figure out what to take to work? Seeing any loss on the scales, or clothes getting too big? I weighed in yesterday at the dieticians and no weight loss in a week, however, my shirts are huge on me. figures I lose it on top when I need to lose it on the big ole butt, hips and thighs. Take care, Terri
