Medical ID tags/chain

Hello AMOS Family, I have been reading about getting the medical alert charm and wanted to know what it should say? Do you just say "had gastric bypass surgery" or something other? I am also allergic to Penacillin(sp?) so I will need that on there as well. Please let me know...... Thanks all, Debra

i got mine on e-bay it was already inscribed Gastric Bypass NO NG Tubes with out scope.. it was only 9.99 and i asked the seller if he could print another line under that and he gladly did free of charge.. he was a wonderful person to buy from and I got it in 3 days after paying him by paypal.. go on ebay type in medical ID bracelet in the search and you will see them.
