Emma, Wow, I feel for ya. It is sooo disappointing. Everyone says to get my water in... hate water.. but trying to get it in along with Crystal light. It is really really hard to do. I'm going to fuller liquids tomorrow - if I can get to the store with this darn snow. I don't really understand why some can lose so much so fast and others are sooo slow. I think if I could see the scale move a little, I'd be happy right now. I hope that you do well. Please keep me posted. Take Care, Terri

Terri: I know how you feel about the broth, but what I did was get soup from restaurants and then strained them. For instance, chicken noodle from Tim Horton's. The broth that was left over was really good compared to packaged or canned broth at home. Once on creamed soup, I got creamof broccoli from Mcdonald's and did the same thing; just strained out any pieces of broccoili. - yummy. Also, as for the sf pudding. The cook and serve kind is much better than the instant puddings and easy to make in the microwave. Takes about 12 minutes with stirring in between. I am 6-1/2 weeks out. Had lost 23 lbs in the first four weeks, then the scale did not move for two whole weeks. It is now moving and I am up to 29 lbs lost. Your body just plateaus because of the shock and will happen periodically I am told. Don't get too discouraged. I also hid my scale and now only take it out on Sundays instead of getting on it 2-3 times a day (lol). Good luck. Lynne
