OT: New Exercise Routine

There's a new exercise routine for those over 40. You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program! SCROLL DOWN... NOW SCROLL UP... That's enough for the first day. Have a beer. Thought it would bring a SMILE to your face! Very cute! Glad you didn't tell us to do 10 reps (one for each finger), I'd be totally exhausted. This is one exercise program I can live with! Thanks for the giggle. ~Cheryl~
