Like I told everyone here and I'm now telling you, it was the highlight of the day.
As for me I'm feeling better. I have alittle more engery and is able to walk around the whole house.
I can't beleive you are going back to work already. I'm so happy for you. Once I get the go ahead I will be looking for work.
Maybe now that I have drop some weight I might have a better shot at getting a job.
Talk to you later
Hi Christine,
Congrats on the loss. I went back to the doc today to get out staples and tube. It has only been 7 days since surgery and I lost 8 pounds. They said it is common for people to gain weight due to the IV fluids they give you so told me not to be surprised if I had gained weight. They didn't weigh me in the hospital so I don't know how much I had gained there, so not sure how much I really would have lost with that (the MD had wished they had weighed me there so I could have compared). Keep it up.. still can't believe 49 pounds in 10 days.. seems impossible... you are way ahead of the game.. good for you !!!!
Terri
So glad to hear you are doing well, and what a releif to have the drain removed, you feel more free.....
I was 296 when I went to the doctors in July and the day of surgery I was 346, I did feel every bit of it, I don't see a difference but my hubby and friend say yes....I'm just taking it one day at a time.....
