Great Health News

Just got a phone call from my PCP.... The results are in from my first official lab/blood work done last Saturday.......All tests were NORMAL. My cholesterol went down to 157, my liver enzymes are NOW within normal limits, my BP was 110/60, and I am just on cloud nine. I have NEVER seen my cholesterol this low. Even when I was thin many many moons ago, my cholesterol was never lower than the 180's. I am happy to hear that the liver enzymes are normal too, especially since I have always had slightly above normal readings. Guess this eating right, exercising and losing weight thing really does work! lol I asked the Dr for a copy of the report so I can see all the numbers for myself. I am going to put this report in my WL journal. I feel like a kid that just brought home a good report card!!!! Marianne
